Who we are

Hyland Arborists is a family business run by Ben Hyland and his brothers. Ben has been scampering up trees since the ripe age of 5 but began climbing professionally in 2021. In 2023, he became a certified arborist and opened the business.

Ben sees tree work as an art and an adventure. Every cut matters—not just for the tree’s health, but for how it shapes the landscape. And every tree is different, providing a new puzzle to solve. That’s why he climbs whenever possible, taking a hands-on, thoughtful approach to pruning, thinning, and removals. His goal is always the same: to keep trees thriving while making sure they’re safe and well-balanced in their environment.

We are fully licensed and insured, so you can have peace of mind knowing your trees and property are in expert hands. More than just tree care, this work is about relationships—serving our community, earning trust, and leaving every property better than we found it. Whether it’s a tricky climb or a simple trim, Ben is in his element up in the trees, doing what he loves most.
